Xiaomi begins presales of Skynomad N70 and N90 crossovers at 38,410 USD in China
Beijing, China, July 30, 2026 — Xiaomi EV today unveiled its all-new Xiaomi SkyNomad Series, the first model built on Xiaomi Kunlun Platform at Xiaomi SkyNomad Technology Launch Event. Positioned as an intelligent, reconfigurable, large-space SUV, Xiaomi SkyNomad is built around three core strengths — expansive interior space, a completely flat cabin floor, and reconfigurable seating — paired with the Xiaomi Kunlun HyperRange, Xiaomi Armor Scale Battery, and Xiaomi Kunlun Total Safety. Across space, safety, intelligence, driving dynamics, and range, Xiaomi SkyNomad is designed to meet the core needs of family vehicle ownership — marking the opening of a new chapter in Xiaomi's automotive journey.
This launch introduces two variants: Xiaomi SKyNomad N90 Max — Flagship 7-Seater Extended-Range SUV and Xiaomi SkyNomad N70 Max — 5-Seat AWD Extended-Range SUV, catering to the versatile spatial needs of different families.

Design that stands the test of time. Design born for space.
Xiaomi EV designs for longevity, and Xiaomi SkyNomad's design philosophy can be summed up in one phrase: form follows function. Where traditional large SUVs finalize styling, powertrain, and chassis first and treat interior space as whatever is left over, Xiaomi SkyNomad reverses that order — function leads, and every design feature traces back to a specific spatial need.
Bold, upright proportions — every line serves the space
That spatial logic shows up directly in the body: Xiaomi SkyNomad's squared-off proportions are effectively a projection of the interior space — an SUV exterior wrapped around MPV-level interior volume. Xiaomi SkyNomad N90 Max, a large extended-range SUV, measures 5,285 mm long, 1,998 mm wide, and 1,825 mm tall, on a 3,080 mm wheelbase. Xiaomi SkyNomad N70 Max, a mid-to-large extended-range SUV, measures 4,960 mm × 1,998 mm × 1,765 mm, on a 2,950 mm wheelbase.
Space: Redefining What an SUV Interior Can Do

Intelligence and Ecosystem: AI-powered across every scenario
Whole-home smart integration, delivered in one step
Xiaomi SkyNomad's cabin electronics run on a four-in-one domain control module, built on the Snapdragon® 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform (4nm process) for 17% higher CPU and 100% higher AI compute versus the prior generation, with fast app loading and smooth system performance. Dual 5G + Wi-Fi 7 connectivity supports flagship-phone-level dual-SIM standby and stronger in-cabin signal and speed.
An e-Fuse solid-state power distribution system manages vehicle electrical load more intelligently and safely. An upgraded Flyback low-voltage power system can run Sentry Mode and the onboard refrigerator independently while parked, cutting energy use by 60% versus a non-Flyback system in that scenario.
A customizable head-up display offers a -4.7° optimal viewing angle and 15,000-nit brightness for clear visibility. Six-screen cabin connectivity allows content to move seamlessly between displays, paired with a 25-speaker in-house audio system for an immersive sound experience. A 6.9-inch rear control screen enables full-cabin control from the back seat, including a live exterior sentry-camera view — useful for overnight security while camping.
